A healthy self-esteem is like an armour against the world. It gives you an easier time handling conflicts and resisting the negative opportunities open to you.

This armour makes you are more realistic and optimistic person who smiles a lot, always enjoying life.
With this armour you go into the world to fight challenges that just cause anxiety and frustration, giving you low self-esteem. 2. Understood FN.

In my view, experience and based on my research, it's not "challenges that just cause anxiety and frustration" it's our unresolved issues. I can do or say the same thing to different people and they will react on the level of their emotional, intellectual and spiritual maturity. Often a five year old will make better business decisions than a fifty year old.
